Showa Glove’s merger with Best Glove dramatically expanded the business. But to the outside world, the entities remained separate—disjointed even. When the brand came to us, it had hundreds of products and multiple brands, making for a complicated experience.

From naming and brand architecture to identity and touchpoint execution, we were SHOWA’s on-the-ground partner for a comprehensive master brand overhaul. We started with the strategic essence of the brand—from internal vision to market positioning—then extended it outward, applying a new verbal and visual language to create a holistic experience that resonated with consumers, customers and employees alike.
