They’re the powerhouse organization funding arts and fueling community in ways big and small across Cincinnati. And this year, ArtsWave is taking an unprecedented role in the return of BLINK, the international light-based arts festival that will span 30 blocks, promising to turn the Greater Cincinnati region into an outdoor art museum experience with large-scale projection mapping installations, murals and art.
“[We’re] putting Cincinnati on the global map as a creative, innovative & inclusive future city.”
The sponsorship of BLINK doubles as an opportunity to unveil ArtsWave’s identity redesign by LPK—a modernized rebrand that symbolizes a new chapter of “making waves,” both locally and globally. “As presenting sponsor, ArtsWave has made it possible for BLINK to grow and expand,” BLINK said in a statement. “[ArtsWave is] allowing us to continue putting Cincinnati on the global map as a creative, innovative and inclusive future city.”
The free, ArtsWave-sponsored event runs October 10-13 across downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including the historic John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge over the Ohio River.
