In 2019 and 2020, arts and cultural organizations across Cincinnati are linking arms to honor the centennial of women’s suffrage with a celebration of female creativity. The initiative, POWER OF HER, is a collaboration amongst many organizations led by ArtsWave and presented by P&G as the corporate sponsor. Cincinnati Opera’s Patricia Beggs conceived the idea and is at the helm of the project that will feature more than 100 creative works by women—from opera to theatre, fine arts to dance. LPK was tapped to name and develop the brand, creating a brand identity and experience that honors and amplifies diverse female voices. Over the 18-month period, the brand will link programming from dozens of organizations across the Cincinnati region.

organizations on the development and launch of POWER OF HER,” said Liz

celebration of the female voice—on its own, and in unison—to support and
bring much-needed attention to the incredible works they create. We all
can’t wait to experience the POWER OF HER in the months ahead!
