LPK Vice President and Managing Director Elle Morris and Creative Director Bryan Goodpaster are speaking at the Health and Beauty Association Global Expo in New York City on June 19 about changing consumer lifestyles. Advances in social technologies and an increasingly global economy have affected consumer bases across all industries: people are more social, brand-aware and looking for products that speak to them personally.
Elle is speaking with Taydra Mitchell-Jackson, the CEO of Beauty Works, LLC, about increasingly influential African American beauty consumers. They’ll debunk some long-held myths about marketing to African American women and explore the ethnic beauty trends with the greatest potential to impact brands and the market.
Bryan is discussing the future of retail and its impact on packaging as media as it continues to evolve in response to mainstreaming technologies and socio-cultural trends. He will also talk about how these two factors influence changes in retail spaces and inspire innovations for package design.
The event starts on June 18 with keynote speakers in the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, followed by education sessions on brand development, innovations, skin care, sustainability and packaging. Click here to learn more about the event and register.
