With brand advocacy becoming essential to an organization’s success, building core brand values among employees is vital.
LPK’s President and Chief Executive Officer Jerry Kathman will be a part of a marketing leadership panel at the American Marketing Association on May 9 about building brand advocacy across an organization. The panel includes Chris McNamee, vice president marketing at Hobsons, Ed Burghard, CEO and manager at The Burghard Group and Heather Adkins, vice president, chief strategy and mission officer at The Christ Hospital Health Network. Topics will include how to define core values, how to communicate internally to motivate and inspire employees and the role of social media to build this advocacy.
