For the second year in a row, LPK has had the great opportunity to work with the folks of Cincinnati Innovates as we sponsor a $10,000 in kind award in the competition. During our first year, we helped Sally Pipkin, a DAAP grad, bring her inspiring idea around child-friendly IV covers and hospital gowns to life. We were excited to get involved again, even holding a Branding 101 session, taught by our very own Michael Wintrob.
After hours of reviewing the near 200 Cincinnati Innovates applicants, many displaying great thinking and creativity, we chose SmartyTags as our winner. SmartyTags, a QR Code Analytics platform that allows you to generate a fully trackable code to gain consumer insights, something that LPK and our clients value tremendously. Working with new technologies and creative startups, such as SmartyTags, inspires our teams and provides LPKers with the ability to explore their own creativity in new ways. We’re looking forward to working with the bright guys from SmartyTags — JB Kropp, Tony Alexander and Dustin Brewer — to help them move their idea to the next level.
