Notification and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
It is LPK’s policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable international intellectual property law (including, in the United States, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. You may notify LPK if your work has been copied in a way that you believe constitutes copyright infringement. In compliance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), LPK has designated a Controller to receive any such notification. The complete details of providing such notification to LPK’s Controller are located at http://www.LPK.com/copyright.
